This $13 million development is a significant step forward in addressing homelessness and expanding access to affordable supportive housing in Greene County. Support services at Rockdell Villas are provided by TCN Behavioral HealthServices, while property management is handled by MVHO.
Mulberry Terrace
Springfield, Clark County
Mulberry Terrace is a permanent supportive housing development located in Springfield, with 26 one-bedroom units in a three-story apartment building, and eight two-bedroom units in eight duplexes.
Mulberry Terrace is part of Springfield and Clark County’s efforts to address chronic homelessness through a “housing first” model, providing stable housing alongside services rather than requiring individuals to resolve health, employment, or behavioral issues before obtaining housing.
