SLATE

Supportive Living Assistance for Tenant Empowerment (SLATE) provides Critical Time Intervention (CTI) to tenants enrolled in the program. CTI employs evidence-based best practices to end homelessness and support recovery for homeless individuals with psychiatric and co-occurring substance use disorders. SLATE provides housing stabilization services for those exiting homelessness with the most difficult barriers.
