A big thank you to MVHO tenant Harlan and staff member Brad for all their hard work! MVHO provides personal hygiene and household cleaning kits to tenants thanks to the generosity of donors to the 30th Anniversary Campaign. Harlan (l) and Brad (r) are quick to help with this massive project by moving boxes, organizing supplies, and building shelves. Thanks, guys!
Not only does Old Scratch Pizza have delicious food, but their Cones For A Cause Charitable Fund does great things for our community! MVHO had so much fun putting together kits that contain personal care items and household cleaning supplies for our tenants. Thank you CFAC for supporting the MVHO 30th Anniversary Campaign!
MVHO is grateful for our community partnership with Good Neighbor House and the assistance they provide for MVHO tenants and homeless clients. Today they shared disposable gowns, cloth face masks, and care kits that include socks that are perfect for PROJECT CLEAN. Thank you Good

The MVHO Restoration Housing project is more than a year in the making! Over fifty units were identified for renovation, and the massive project of moving the residents to temporary housing started in 2020. John from Greater Dayton Construction Group handed over keys for one of the renovated units to MVHO Maintenance Director, Willie. Residents are returning to updated homes with new finishes. “We want our tenants to be proud of the place they call home,” said Willie. MVHO is celebrating 30 Years of providing permanent supportive housing for vulnerable citizens!
“MVHO is committed to providing good safe housing for vulnerable citizens in Montgomery County,” said CEO Debbie Watts Robinson. “This year MVHO will assist 1,200 individuals with disabilities to have a place called home.” MVHO is grateful to everyone for their support as we celebrate 30 years of providing permanent supportive housing solutions and homeless outreach services in our community!
MVHO Employee Spotlight! Every employee knows how important it is to have someone great in Human Resources. MVHO is lucky to have Tina as that special person! With a smile on her face, Tina is always ready to listen and help where needed. Our hats off to Tina, who has made MVHO her for home for 10 years!
PROJECT CLEAN Hope in Motion mobile unit is now assisting 16 or more individuals each week with showers and laundry services.
“Our clients are thrilled with the hot showers!” said MVHO PATH worker Angel.
